Never Miss an Email from Us – Whitelist Instructions

To make sure our emails always land in your inbox and not your spam or junk folder, please take a moment to add us to your safe sender list (also called “whitelisting”).

Our emails come from connect@melandanth.com.

Follow the steps below based on your email provider …

Gmail | Apple Mail | Outlook | Yahoo Mail | Other Providers

Gmail

  1. Check your Promotions or Spam folders. If you see an email from us:

    • Drag it to your Primary tab.

    • Click “Yes” when asked if you want future messages to go to Primary.

  2. Create a filter (optional but extra-safe):

    • Click the gear icon > See all settings.

    • Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

    • Click Create a new filter.

    • In the "From" field, enter: connect@melandanth.com

    • Click Create filter > Check “Never send it to Spam” > Click Create filter.

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Open the Mail app.

  2. Go to Mail > Preferences.

  3. Click the Rules tab.

  4. Click Add Rule.

  5. Set the rule as follows:

    • If any of the following conditions are met:

      • From Contains connect@melandanth.com

    • Then perform the following actions:

      • Move Message to Inbox

  6. Click OK.

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Go to the Home tab.

  2. Click Junk > Junk Email Options.

  3. Select the Safe Senders tab.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Enter: connect@melandanth.com and click OK.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Check your Spam folder and open any email from us.

  2. Click “Not Spam”.

  3. Add our address to your Contacts:

    • Hover over our name or email, then click Add to contacts.

    • Save it.

Other Providers (ProtonMail, Zoho, etc.)

  1. Check your spam/junk folder and mark any message from us as Not Spam.

  2. Add connect@melandanth.com to your contacts or safe senders list.

  3. If your provider allows custom rules or filters, set one to always send our emails to your inbox.
