Step 1 | Activate Your Practice Better Account

If you are new to working with us, start here! If not, skip to step 2.

Before you can submit your voice note or access your curriculum, you’ll need to activate your private client portal.

  1. Check Your Email Inbox: You will receive two emails from us …

    • A Registration Confirmation email

    • An Invitation Email titled: “Activate Your Practice Better Account”

  2. Click the Activation Link: Open the activation email and click the link to set your password and complete your portal profile.

  3. Download the Mobile App: Download the Practice Better app on your mobile phone (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Need assistance? If you don't see your activation emails within a few minutes, check your spam/promotions folder or reach out to us—we are happy to help you get connected smoothly.

Step 2 | Complete Your Official Intake & Agreement Waiver

Your Intake & Agreement Form gives us the foundation we need to begin supporting you in a truly bio-individual way. The more complete your responses, the better we can tailor your scans, mentorship sessions, and ongoing guidance to your unique journey.

Where to Find It

  1. Log into your Practice Better Client Portal (via desktop or mobile app).

  2. Go to your Forms Folder on your main dashboard.

  3. Open and submit your Intake & Agreement Form.

Why Completing This Immediately Matters

This Intake & Agreement Form is an important first step in your journey. It allows us to create your personalized AO Scanner profile, receive your Inner Voice recording, and begin preparing your customized reports, frequency recommendations, and member services. Completing it soon after enrolling helps ensure everything is ready for you without unnecessary delays.

Step 3 | Submit Your 12-Second Voice Recording

Your Inner Voice Scan uses bio-resonance technology to identify subtle energetic and emotional patterns, helping us create your personalized report and balancing harmonics.

Voice Recording Guidelines

  • Speak clearly in a natural, steady tone.

  • Avoid long pauses or background noise.

  • Begin your recording with the words: “I AM…” and continue speaking naturally for approximately 12 seconds.

How to Record & Send in Practice Better (Mobile App Only)

  1. Open the Practice Better app.

  2. Click on Chat

  3. Go to Contacts, find Melissa Vanden Heuvel & Anthony Curwen

  4. Tap the “+” button on the left side of the text box.

  5. Tap the🎙️icon on the left side of the text box.

  6. Press “Record” to record your 12-second message.

  7. Press “Stop” and “Send” when complete.

  8. Mark complete on this task in the firsts months lesson.

    ◬ Voice recording can only be done on the mobile app. It is not available on desktop.

Step 4 | What Happens After You Send Your Recording?

Once you hit send, you’re all set!

From here, we'll begin reviewing your information, looking for patterns, and preparing everything needed for your first mentorship session.
