Arrive and settle into your room. Appetizers, salad, and fruit along with organic herbal teas, coffee, kombucha, and sparkling water will be available.
7:00 pm - Welcome + Introductions
Get to know those around you. Setting the stage for an amazing weekend.
8:00 pm - Pranayama and Mudra Workshop
Learn a mudra sequence for health and abundance that can be added to your 40-day practice
9 pm - Free Time
Sit out by the outdoor fire, gather with new friends or retreat to bed for a full nights sleep.

7:00 am - Silent Forest Yoga Session
Begin your day with a silent, meditative walk through the Copeland Forest, taking time to engage in yogic postures that strengthen your root chakra - the chakra connected to abundance.
9:00 am - Breakfast
Get your body fueled and ready for your day of health, learning.
10:30 am - Identifying and Re-Writing Your Money Story
Identify and clear the blocks that are preventing you from having an abundant and healthy life.
12:30 pm - Free time
Take this time to freshen up before lunch.
1:00 pm - Lunch
Enjoy a healthy gluten-free, organic lunch that suits omnivores and herbivores.
2:30 pm - Receiving Blocks
Are you open to receiving? Could your thought and actions be preventing you from receiving help and or abundance?
4:30 pm - Free Time
Take this time to gather with new friends or find a quite space to continue working through the OM Workbook.
6:30 pm - Dinner
Enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal made from foods that are locally sourced, organic, and free-range vegetables and animal proteins, among friends.
7:30 pm - Restorative Yoga
Enjoy a deeply restorative yoga practice that will open you up to receiving abundance.
9 pm - Free Time
Sit back by the outdoor fire or head to bed to read a book.
