Breaking Free From Our Self Imposed Matrix

Do “conspiracy theorists” trigger you?

Let’s take a minute and break down why there is such a stigma around conspiracy theorists.

First, where did the term conspiracy theorist come from? You may be as amazed as I was to find out that the CIA coined this term after the JFK assassination.

Why did they do this?

At the time there was a lot of controversy around JFK's death and people started asking a lot of questions because what they were being told just didn’t add up. So coining the term conspiracy theorist was how they used reverse psychology to get people to stop questioning authority. If you questioned the JFK assassination narrative you were labeled a conspiracy theorist.

Wow, what a brilliant way to label and discredit anyone who is simply not accepting the narrative.

When we find the courage and start to question all our beliefs, especially our deepest held beliefs we start to open the door to a new reality, we start to break free of the programming that has been keeping us playing small! We start to bring our intuition online, this is our true guidance system that has not been corrupted and manipulated by our programs.

We all have programs and belief systems that we run unconsciously, unknowingly giving our power away in an attempt to make us feel safe, and when these beliefs are questioned we tend to project our fears onto others. In order for us to evolve and expand into higher states of consciousness, we have to start observing our beliefs and how attached to them we are.

Breaking free of our beliefs and programs can literally feel like an ego death. Deep fears come up when we start to question what is true and what is an illusion, the ego tries to keep us safe, but in all reality, these old beliefs are keeping us from seeing our TRUE reality.

We have all been unconsciously programmed through our educational systems, news, religion, movies, and TV shows, and these beliefs that we form are what make us feel safe and in control, but in reality, they are keeping us from seeing what is actually real!

So the next time you are triggered by someone or something, instead of reacting and protecting your beliefs, try stepping back, taking a deep breath, and being grateful for having the consciousness and courage to question these beliefs.

This is where the real growth comes from, having the courage to question everything we have been taught may seem terrifying at first, but with practice and determination, we can break free from our self-imposed matrix.
